高壓清洗機

設備主要特點/Features：
1、超聲波浸洗有效清潔孔壁與盲孔死角
Ultrasonic Dip effectively clean the hole and dead angle of the blind holes.
2、高杯腳設計，排水管路后置便于7S生產
High-standing feet and rear placed drainage pipelines are convenient for 7S production.
3、高壓水洗采用搖擺式強力沖洗板面，去除孔內及線間的板粉、銅粉，大大提高潔凈程度
Vibration strong force rinsing is adopted in High Pressurized Rinse to remove the powder in the hole and
lines, thus to greatly improve the cleanness of the board.
工藝流程/Schematic：
入板→酸洗→溢流水洗→磨板→溢流水洗→WaterBlast→溢流水洗→干板組合→出板
Input→Acid Rinse→Cascade Wr/s→Scrubbing→Cascade Wr/s→WaterBlast→Cascade Wr/s→Drying Module→Output
